Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife of over 50 years, Irene (nee Flick) Tosh, his parents David and Mary (nee Talbot) Tosh, as well as all of his brothers and sisters. He leaves to mourn his passing two daughters and three sons: Glenna (Craig) Forsythe of Nanaimo, BC, Ivan (Jeanne) Tosh of Balgonie, SK, Karen Moffatt of Regina, SK, Brian Tosh of Nanaimo, BC and Barry (Karrie) Tosh of Birds Point, SK. Bill also leaves his 14 grandchildren, Tracy (Brent) Milne, Christina Forsythe, Dawn and Chantel Forsythe; Tosha (Don) Borutski, Shelby (Devon) Tosh, Jaycey (Jorde) Tosh, Shayla Tosh; Steven (Amanda) Moffatt, Landon (Jessica) Moffatt, Pamela and Jordan Tosh; Ryan (Chelsea) Tosh and Jennifer (Mike) Webb; and his 11 great-grandchildren, Grayson, Daniel, Brody, Abby, Calli, Presley, Sullivan, Austin, Misha, Peyton and Sebree; and many other relatives and friends.
