More and more people are choosing to arrange their funeral services in advance.  Although it is best to discuss arrangements in person, we are finding that sometimes it is hard for family members to do that because of personal schedules.  As a result, we offer this page as a way to provide at least some of the necessary information. 

There are many more aspects to pre-arranging than are contained on this page; however, you may consider this a starting point which can be continued in detail at a future time (or as a way to provide additional information if you have already started the process).  If you haven't already, please visit our Preplanning link for more information regarding advance planning and payment.  If you wish to pre-arrange more than one person, separate form submissions are required.
